Frequently asked questions
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, but appointments are seen first. Walk-in waits are usually 30–60 minutes during peak hours.
Do you accept panel insurance?
Yes — we cover most major Malaysian insurers. Bring your card on arrival.
Can I get an MC?
Yes, after a consultation with the doctor. Single-day MCs only — multi-day cases may be referred.
How does telehealth work?
Book a slot, get a video link via WhatsApp, and we'll send the prescription to your nearest pharmacy.
Do you do home visits?
For elderly or immobile patients only — call ahead to discuss.
